At SERVPRO of Barron, Dunn & Rusk Counties we maintain consistency on each job and have a system in place know as the Job File Process. This insures each job is done accurately and shows the details of each loss.
These are a few of the steps that we do to insure our customer of a job well done:
-we document the First Notice of Loss(FNOL) the shows the preparation that goes into each job including the proper technicians and equipment.
-we have the customer sign the authorization to perform this is signed by the customer to tell us it's "ok" to go along with services.
-we then provide an information from that answers frequently asked questions.
-in an emergency a report of Water Damage Emergency Services Report will say what we did to mitigate the loss.
-a report will list the usage of equipment and the progress of the drying process so that we comply with the IICRC standards.
-the last file process would be a Certificate of Satisfaction. This is filled out by the customer to provide that they were satisfied with the work performed.
